To my children:
Find your vocation - your voice - although you might not make millions - it is a lovely feeling that gives you personal meaning within and without you. Your heart stays full and your dreams become fulfilled. Listen carefully to your heart and it will take you to your life's work. It can also change throughout your life, if your heart chooses. (Bob the builder - to Ray Mysterio - to hurling - to football - to Animals) Find what burns you in your heart and do it. Choose a vocation not a job or else you'll be saying for the rest of your life how good you might have been before you lost your souls calling!

I simply want to live an expressive, connected, and fulfilling life.
Like many of us, I’ve felt the quiet drift away from something deeper… a disconnection from nature, from ourselves, and from the sense of belonging that comes from true community. But I don’t see that as something lost forever. I see it as something waiting to be remembered. This space is where I share reflections, insights, and lived experiences around relationships, health, and wellbeing… not as fixed truths, but as invitations. Invitations to reconnect with what feels real, to listen more closely to ourselves, and to rediscover the rhythms that support both personal and collective health. I believe that when we begin to express ourselves more honestly and live more in tune with our inner world, something powerful happens. Our relationships deepen, our wellbeing shifts, and our connection to the wider ecosystem begins to restore itself in a natural, grounded way. This isn’t about perfection.
