When we start to separate true fact from our internal narrative we begin to let go of, and break free from, self-created and self-limiting narratives. We see the world not as it is but as we are. Find internal peace by connecting to your truth and not being influenced by external forces.

![]() The truth can be hidden by people who think they know... Beliefs defend themselves... Beliefs are unconsciously defended by a bubble of self-serving logic... People defend them even when they are invalid or false, to defend their personal identity and self worth... Here's an example from 1993... https://youtu.be/MU76r9gk8-I Note to my children
When I get disappointed about activities with you do that you're unhappy or disappointed with, please do not see this disappointment as being about you, it is more a disappointment for you. When I think back, I felt my father was disappointed in me when I lost at sport or even if I came second in a competition. I would see his disappointment but didn't realise that he was disappointed FOR me. I told myself he was disappointed IN me. I was wrong, please try not to make this mistake too. The demands of the public are not rational, but they are quite simple. They dread the disease and desire to be protected against it. Therefore, the public wants a cheap magic charm to prevent and a cheap magic bullet to cure all disease. It forces all the magic charms and bullets onto the doctors through advertising from the pharmaceutical industry to governmental and media bodies throughout the lands. Oh! On a side note... who killed the jews in Nazi Germany? Yes, the majority of murders was carried out by doctors. Why? Because the Germans were made to believe the Jews carried disease and were dirty. Any pennies dropping yet?
Quod erat demonstrandum We should not force something to happen out of fear. Wanting to know can make us take action and jump to conclusions. In doing this we perpetuate what we do know and do not allow anything new to develop or emerge.
People holding their anger, resentment and other challenging emotions to express, can result in depression or anxiety. Many restrain their anger and as a result get depressed. Chinese medicine sometimes refers depression as 'anger turned inward'. People who are depressed often move between being angry at themselves and getting angry with other people.
People are the product of social relations for which they are not accountable and it's very hard to change views or even acknowledge others views.
The mindful and intelligent manipulation of the planned ways and views of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society establish an concealed government which is the true ruling power of our country.
We walk the same way each day. We don't know what's ahead and so it's helpful to have the wisdom of others to guide us. They have left us a message to encourage us. They have spoken of the joys, griefs, and purity that we should embrace. Like good pathfinders, they give us direction and prepare us for what we might encounter. They let us walk for ourselves. We have a wonderful companion for the journey.
The blunt lesson of the Holocaust is that whenever doctors join forces with government and diverge from their personal, professional, clinical commitment to do no harm to the individual, medicine can then become misleading from a healing, caring profession to a murderous mechanism… What sets the Holocaust apart from all other mass genocides is the key role played by the medical establishment, the entire medical establishment. Every step of the murderous process was endorsed by the academic, professional medical establishment
Honour the transitions in our lives. The beginning in every end and end in every beginning. Understand this.
Prof. Dolores Cahill, an immunologist and world-renowned expert on vaccines removed from all social media for spreading misinformation. REALLY??? This cancel culture of educated and wise people has to STOP!! There are many more like her too. If we can't ask uncomfortable questions and debate an issue, where's our democracy? Instead, we'll be coerced into getting another round of jabs, for a variant which is nothing like the initial strain, but it's supposed to protect us anyway. REALLY? When do we say ENOUGH? The next jab, or the next one after that?? Yet if we question this issue it's not socially accepted by the narrative and we're labeled a fool and cancelled.... Sad really!
Raptured in the rays of the sun, Raised by the rhythmic beat of my mother's heart. I feel the penetration of life inside me pushing through the dark layers of lost experience. I see the empty past that must be walked alone. When are you coming home? That's what they say. Take a chance and start again. Unfortunately, there still is a large section of the population that are under the dark spell of statistics which, even in the hands of some intelligent people, establish nothing scientific but fallacies and illusions for them to cast on others.
The Defense Cascade is a model that identifies how behavior and physiological changes occur over time during a fear experience. According to this model, animals go through three stages during the experience of fear. As the animal moves through each stage, the eliciting stimulus becomes clearer and closer, and arousal increases.
1) The pre-encounter phase is activated in situations where the animal recalls this stimulus in the past (such as when meeting a predator). During the pre-encounter phase, sweating increases, and heart rate and startle reflex decrease. It is believed heart rate and startle reflex first decrease because the animal is focused – looking for potential threats. 2)The animal moves from the pre- to post-encounter stage, when the animal identifies the threat, but this threat may still be ambiguous and physically distant. Thus, in the post-encounter phase the threat is not imminent. During the post-encounter phase, freezing and the startle behavior occurs. Freezing and startle have two functions – 1) pausing helps the animal to evaluate the presence of a threat and 2) pausing may prevent the predator from detecting the animal. Startle reflex and freezing behaviors are called inhibiting behaviors – because these behaviors stop the animal’s current activities and focus their attention on the threat. 3) In the circa-strike stage, the threat or predator is now clear and close to the animal. Note that from pre to post-encounter, heart rate drops, then increases in the circa-strike stage. In the circa-strike stage, the threat is now imminent and clear, thus the animal engages in overt, activating behaviors to avoid physical threat and danger. Activating behaviors include escape/avoidance, and if escape is not possible, then defensive behaviors such as aggression. It is important to note that these behavior changes occur very quickly. It probably takes milliseconds to move from inhibiting to activating behaviors. |
"I simply want to live an expressive and fulfilling life.
Many of us have abandoned our souls, lost our guidance from nature and destroyed our earth and the connection to OUR TRIBE. I want to release some of my opinions and awareness on these tragedies and reveal how we can restore the health of our ecosystem through soulful expression... Archives
