Anybody can prove that ignorance is bliss and that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
Doctors and priests may forbid knowledge to those who accept their authority; and social media may be made effective by acts of legal persecution under the cover of repressing blasphemy, obscenity and troublemaking. And now governments openly forbid us to pursue knowledge (on social media) on the grounds that knowledge is in itself a bad thing, or that it is possible for any of use to have too much of it. Why is that do you think??

To my children:
We're all in this together. Share the goodness. Money rules our lives yet it's just paper, it;s unimportant but is at the centre of our lives. Poor people give more than others. How do you think about money? Emotionally it becomes what you let it become in your mind! It is a mind game. Don't let it take over. See it as a tool to move through life... As long as you have enough to buy food and support a life you are comfortable with, then be happy. Get control over your financial needs and then use the rest for your desires and experiences. (I've taken a long time to get to grips with this!) Rise above your fears and losses and the biggest issue of trying to keep up with the Jones'. The desperation for material wealth is nothing unless you have worked on you own self worth. The void will never be filled until you have found that belief. Always walk tall and look the world right in the eye. Ask for help if needed and show strength even when asking for it! |
I simply want to live an expressive, connected, and fulfilling life.
Like many of us, I’ve felt the quiet drift away from something deeper… a disconnection from nature, from ourselves, and from the sense of belonging that comes from true community. But I don’t see that as something lost forever. I see it as something waiting to be remembered. This space is where I share reflections, insights, and lived experiences around relationships, health, and wellbeing… not as fixed truths, but as invitations. Invitations to reconnect with what feels real, to listen more closely to ourselves, and to rediscover the rhythms that support both personal and collective health. I believe that when we begin to express ourselves more honestly and live more in tune with our inner world, something powerful happens. Our relationships deepen, our wellbeing shifts, and our connection to the wider ecosystem begins to restore itself in a natural, grounded way. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about returning… gently, curiously, and together. Archives
