We could take into account the odds or statistics against any individual catching any disease, the odds against catching it twice increases more, and the odds against dying of it even more again.
All these odds and more have to be deducted before the medical figures begin to count; yet medical statistics generally assume that everybody who is not medically protected must catch every disease under the sun, and everybody who is not treated by a doctor, are a particular method, must die. Therein lies the rub.

I simply want to live an expressive, connected, and fulfilling life.
Like many of us, I’ve felt the quiet drift away from something deeper… a disconnection from nature, from ourselves, and from the sense of belonging that comes from true community. But I don’t see that as something lost forever. I see it as something waiting to be remembered. This space is where I share reflections, insights, and lived experiences around relationships, health, and wellbeing… not as fixed truths, but as invitations. Invitations to reconnect with what feels real, to listen more closely to ourselves, and to rediscover the rhythms that support both personal and collective health. I believe that when we begin to express ourselves more honestly and live more in tune with our inner world, something powerful happens. Our relationships deepen, our wellbeing shifts, and our connection to the wider ecosystem begins to restore itself in a natural, grounded way. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about returning… gently, curiously, and together. Archives
