Here are the 4 questions you could ask if someone was feeling out of sorts or down:
1) When was the last time you danced? Because when you dance or move you activate your body and soul. 2) When was the last time you sang? Because when you sing or listen to music it activates your soul and raises your vibration. 3) When did you lose connection with your story? What did you want to do when you were younger and have forgotten or stopped thinking about? When you do lose connection with that soul purpose you lose part of your soul. Think back to when you lost that connection and start making waves toward them. 4) When did you start feeling uncomfortable in silence? Because when you're in silence you soul can speak to you. So many of us cannot be in silence as they are uncomfortable with what will come up. There is no traditional culture or religion that doesn't have some form of dance, song, story or prayer within them . Sometimes we can think back and retrieve this lose soul parts to make us a more whole human...

I simply want to live an expressive, connected, and fulfilling life.
Like many of us, I’ve felt the quiet drift away from something deeper… a disconnection from nature, from ourselves, and from the sense of belonging that comes from true community. But I don’t see that as something lost forever. I see it as something waiting to be remembered. This space is where I share reflections, insights, and lived experiences around relationships, health, and wellbeing… not as fixed truths, but as invitations. Invitations to reconnect with what feels real, to listen more closely to ourselves, and to rediscover the rhythms that support both personal and collective health. I believe that when we begin to express ourselves more honestly and live more in tune with our inner world, something powerful happens. Our relationships deepen, our wellbeing shifts, and our connection to the wider ecosystem begins to restore itself in a natural, grounded way. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about returning… gently, curiously, and together. Archives
