The masculine of the body is its function, e.g. digestion or respiration, it has active and dynamic potential. The guiding and protecting functions are attributed to the masculine. The feminine of the body is its structure and it's functional potential. When the feminine becomes suppressed, the masculine can dominate and become overactive. i.e. we keep going without direction or nourishment. With the weakening of the feminine, aging is accelerated. Cancers, arthritis, and other dis-eases of the body occur; The masculine force starts to dominate the subtly feminine. However, the feminine is there to nourish and mysteriously control the normal function of the masculine. This is the way of human evolution; to open up this duality. There is one more major disturbance of the body; That of Spirit. When Spirit is blocked from our lives; stagnation and agitation arrive. We must all be encouraged to: Be open to the call of our Soul, Feel the inner yearnings of our Feminine, and Move forward with the outer integrity of our Masculine.

I simply want to live an expressive, connected, and fulfilling life.
Like many of us, I’ve felt the quiet drift away from something deeper… a disconnection from nature, from ourselves, and from the sense of belonging that comes from true community. But I don’t see that as something lost forever. I see it as something waiting to be remembered. This space is where I share reflections, insights, and lived experiences around relationships, health, and wellbeing… not as fixed truths, but as invitations. Invitations to reconnect with what feels real, to listen more closely to ourselves, and to rediscover the rhythms that support both personal and collective health. I believe that when we begin to express ourselves more honestly and live more in tune with our inner world, something powerful happens. Our relationships deepen, our wellbeing shifts, and our connection to the wider ecosystem begins to restore itself in a natural, grounded way. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about returning… gently, curiously, and together. Archives
