We are living during very unstable times.
We, as in the whole world, have everything we need. The earth provides when the environment is supported. We are awash with foods/oil/metals/etc, however, our self-made countries, politicians and governments would rather try to control and restrict the movement of these natural resources for their own selfish greed. After all, a country is only an area of the earth where certain things grow, develop or can be manufactured due to the right environmental conditions. A location on a map of the earth should not the reason for Canada and Australia to slide toward dictatorships or for Russia to invade Ukraine. And it certainly isn’t an opportunity for China’s dictatorship, who are watching these events unfold with bated breath, to try another power grab of Taiwan. What makes sense is that war and fear has never a positive outcome. It always involves and requires resources: Fuels, metals, food and /or peoples minds (propaganda). All wars lead to wasted capital, wasted time, and wasted life. Whomever has the most resources wins!! But why does it have to be like this? The Earth is a very small planet and why can’t we live together and turn it into somewhere wonder full? A Heaven. A place on earth... We can do this... It is possible... It is this... All it takes is people, SoulFULL people, to become aware of how small we are in the grand scale of things. We can’t instantly forget what happened a few months ago, a pandemic, whereby we all suffered together as ONE. One love. One nation. One Supportive, Giving and Receiving Nation. Earth.

I simply want to live an expressive, connected, and fulfilling life.
Like many of us, I’ve felt the quiet drift away from something deeper… a disconnection from nature, from ourselves, and from the sense of belonging that comes from true community. But I don’t see that as something lost forever. I see it as something waiting to be remembered. This space is where I share reflections, insights, and lived experiences around relationships, health, and wellbeing… not as fixed truths, but as invitations. Invitations to reconnect with what feels real, to listen more closely to ourselves, and to rediscover the rhythms that support both personal and collective health. I believe that when we begin to express ourselves more honestly and live more in tune with our inner world, something powerful happens. Our relationships deepen, our wellbeing shifts, and our connection to the wider ecosystem begins to restore itself in a natural, grounded way. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about returning… gently, curiously, and together. Archives
