The fact that science has had to fight so hard to secure the recognition of certain treatments makes them sorely jealous for that right. And when they hear a popular outcry for the suppression of chemotherapy, for example, which has an air of being scientific, their first instinct is to rally to the defence of that method without further consideration, with the result that they sometimes, as in the case of chemotherapy, presently find themselves fighting on a false issue.

I simply want to live an expressive, connected, and fulfilling life.
Like many of us, I’ve felt the quiet drift away from something deeper… a disconnection from nature, from ourselves, and from the sense of belonging that comes from true community. But I don’t see that as something lost forever. I see it as something waiting to be remembered. This space is where I share reflections, insights, and lived experiences around relationships, health, and wellbeing… not as fixed truths, but as invitations. Invitations to reconnect with what feels real, to listen more closely to ourselves, and to rediscover the rhythms that support both personal and collective health. I believe that when we begin to express ourselves more honestly and live more in tune with our inner world, something powerful happens. Our relationships deepen, our wellbeing shifts, and our connection to the wider ecosystem begins to restore itself in a natural, grounded way. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about returning… gently, curiously, and together. Archives
