Abandoned Grip

I released my grip.
Without a single thought or utterance,
I relinquished control.
I shed my fear,
discarded my judgments,
and cast away the multitude of opinions
encircling my mind.
I abandoned
the internal council of indecision.
I renounced all the "correct" reasonings.
Completely and unreservedly,
without any hesitation or concern...
I simply surrendered.
I didn't solicit advice from anyone.
I refrained from consulting a guide -
on the art of letting go.
I refrained from delving into sacred texts.
I merely surrendered.
I bid farewell
to all the memories that hindered my progress.
I parted ways
with the anxiety that obstructed my path.
I abandoned
the planning
and
intricate
calculations

​flawlessly.
