Beautiful Hearth

We had chemistry.
Oh, did we have it.
But chemistry without safety…
oh, we had that too.
It was fire without a hearth.
Beautiful.
Consuming.
Hard to live fully inside it.
And harder still
to live outside it.
Maybe someday
we’ll look back
with kinder eyes...
And see what we were learning...
Evolving into steadier versions of ourselves.
And if our paths meet again,
Maybe we’ll meet there differently
with warmth...
with walls...
with room to stay
And understand.

Same Door

I felt this way before with you,
I can recall it still.
But time continues,
and we say the same, what a shame.
Look, look at me,
please don’t hurt.
I’m craving you,
and I’ll take all the blame
if we can stay the same.
I felt this way before,
but this time I can feel the door.
I’ve held it closed for oh so long,
wanting you to sing our song.
But this is the one last time,
I can see it in your eyes.
Please, please dry those eyes,
you are forever in my life.
I will never feel this way again.

I am standing Here and Now

Not There and Then once more...

The Circles leave us overwhelmed

And stranded like before...

Way Lost

When we argue,
the ground gives way.
We circle old lands
until the start is lost.
The past is hauled in
to prove its case,
and understanding
never even takes place.
You call me too much,
too sensitive,
too meek,
to act like a a man -
for saying what hurts.
Affection warms,
then wanes...
I apologise
where I was wounded,
and
what I ask for is answered by
absence...

Say

What's going on inside your mind
I know love is there
I know bitterness is there
And I know they can't exist together
Love conquers all, they say
But hurt is hard to forget.
When quarrels bring up these
Waves like a tsunami wipe the
Love away.
Time will heal all, they say
But hurt is hard to forgive.
When the slight shimmer of a smile
Wipes away all the fear and love
Draws in.
Keep breathing, they say
Draw in and Let out.
Draw in love and let out fear.
Onward and upward, they say
Inward and outward, they say
Just be, they say...
Be, they say...

Learn transcribed

Although I am probably one of the last generations that will
never have grown up without the internet
and having written in a diary and learnt
history from a book.
Imagine all that propaganda that was fed to us
through books that cannot be transformed and transcribed
anymore
by way of brainwashing are minds
because the
Internet is real time
AI is real time
And now we are in a new time
of revolution
of momentum
where we cannot
reconstruct the history
we can ask or believe our leaders
but we cannot subscribe
to what the technocracy wants us to
believe
we see history in the making right now
where
technocrats and leaders are coming together
trying to make
us conform
to mis-history
Now there is a revolution
Now is the changing of the guard
We are in a time of change and
Flux.

I simply want to live an expressive, connected, and fulfilling life.
Like many of us, I’ve felt the quiet drift away from something deeper… a disconnection from nature, from ourselves, and from the sense of belonging that comes from true community.
But I don’t see that as something lost forever. I see it as something waiting to be remembered.
This space is where I share reflections, insights, and lived experiences around relationships, health, and wellbeing… not as fixed truths, but as invitations. Invitations to reconnect with what feels real, to listen more closely to ourselves, and to rediscover the rhythms that support both personal and collective health.
I believe that when we begin to express ourselves more honestly and live more in tune with our inner world, something powerful happens. Our relationships deepen, our wellbeing shifts, and our connection to the wider ecosystem begins to restore itself in a natural, grounded way.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about returning… gently, curiously, and together.
