To my children:
My advise to you is take your time finding love. And when you do - ride the waves of the moon, the seasons and all the adventures a relationship brings good and bad.
Wait and be patient... When the time comes the world will let you know and if not be happy and independent in your choices. You don't need anyone else to complete you.
You are a miracle of heaven and earth, father and mother, just the way you are.
When the Spleen energy is out of balance in TCM, a person can worry about the little things and everything is made bigger, can have problems making decisions as everything gets too overwhelming, can feel a fuzzyness in their head as they're mentally unclear and confused, is always wanting to help others and sacrificing themselves making them feel like the martyr as they don't set boundaries, or just feels disinterested with life and feels bored.
Most people remember their past lovers. They stay with you and you only seem to remember the good and can sometimes fantasies over the memories.
The times you made love, found passion in the pursuit of a person you felt this intense emotional draw to. They all take part of your heart.
Even when you find someone you love. When there is hard times you sometimes find yourself thinking about old relationships or fantasies about memories past.
Your heart gets haunted by old lovers - Wounded - and it's harder to give totally to another.
This sacred dance can become a habit or an addiction where by you feel the past lovers deep down - the ghosts of the past lover.
Every time you hear the ghosts of the past lover, the heart is wounded. Your love can become damaged if you don't address these ghosts and make peace with them.
Your love for you lover can become damaged even if you love the person your with a piece of your heart can be given to a past lover.
So be careful with who you give your body and heart to. They will be with you for the rest of your life.
The fact that science has had to fight so hard to secure the recognition of certain treatments makes them sorely jealous for that right. And when they hear a popular outcry for the suppression of chemotherapy, for example, which has an air of being scientific, their first instinct is to rally to the defence of that method without further consideration, with the result that they sometimes, as in the case of chemotherapy, presently find themselves fighting on a false issue.
I simply want to live a soulful and fulfilling life.
