I believe our earthly challenges are our gifts to teach us oneness and self love with healthy boundaries.
It's very easy for people to go along with this lie. It's very difficult to accept you've been lied to and on such a scale. It’s the time of the great deception.
The problem is that if we get caught up in a discussion about Covid – because Covid has indeed become a faith – we move away from the area that we should be talking about, the one that underlies everything else, which is what we allow to be done to our bodies, to us.
The mystery that moves the river of life has long been a source of fascination. The druids and the ancient wisdom held within it culture date back many thousands of years and the symbols and stories may provide us with ways to access the universal truths of life today. Questions still lie unknown to us – as to who we really are and why we are here?
The druids, in the Celtic culture, as with all ancient indigenous tribes, had some divine – human interaction and they lived harmoniously in this dance that assured the continuation of life. Every indigenous culture teaches that our primary motivations are to live life with a purpose; in a safe and healthy home, loving relationships and self-support.
This is in stark contrast to Western philosophy today where we give ourselves control over nature, we believe we are more powerful than nature, where men believe they are more powerful than women, children, African, Asian, the list goes on and this way of life has become a total failure.
Our bodies, our landscapes and our memories feel that torture within us. But to make change with anything we do we must reach beyond the fears of the past and take charge of our mind so the wisdom of our soul can guide us to the source of our power.
The evidence to the failure of this ‘western’ culture we have taken on is the number of people dependent on drugs to help shut out the cry of the soul for a more fulfilling life. Our prisons, our hospitals, all those who can’t cope with the restraint of our soul that living in this culture requires has brought us to a tipping point.
So many of us believe that we have been brought into this world without an instruction manual and spend forever trying to figure out how the pieces of life fit together. However, if we can opening our eyes to the universe and with it brings the revelation that everything and everyone is connected.
We are all worlds within worlds, functioning under the same laws of nature-discovering a blueprint that is unique to every soul, which shows how our internal and external systems work. What is extraordinary is the uniqueness in nature, there are no duplicates and what can satisfy one soul can be totally different for another yet we are expected, through our education systems, to all sit quiet, recite the same poems, wear the same uniforms, walk on the same lines as much as possible and not rock the boat for the privileged powerful few who made these rules.
Suicide, drugs, media, fear based religions, hospitals and jails are all methods of keeping people suppressed. What will it take to break out of this programming imposed on us by all this abuse to the mind?
The soul and the mind has its way, through nature, of getting us to wake up from the regular dose of distraction we use to cope with the crippling humiliation necessary to make this system work. And when this crisis comes, we start to ask the deeper questions like who am I? And why was I born?
In trying to find the answers, I have discovered that there is very little help available from the outside world and leaving the superficiality of the world becomes necessary to uncover these deeper truths.
Why the people of science and men of the religious orders find this so threatening and regularly condemn these seekers of divine truths is a sure sign that they have something to lose by such explorations.
With so many souls in need for rescue, living unfulfilled lives with minds lost in superficial materialistic values, the time has come again where the light of truth will once more be allowed to shine in this world by finding our connection to the sacred in ourselves. The self-help books, audio markets and speaker markets are now full of information on how we have to tackle the problems of addictions and destructive behaviors that for the most part keep us unhappy.
However, these formulas are incomplete in their claims as no two minds or souls are the same. Unless we have some awareness of our own individual constitution and an awareness of our soul journey we are only exchanging one method of programming for another. Unfortunately one size doesn’t fit all for the body, mind and soul - and until we realize this, we are setting ourselves up for more disappointment and adding to our sense of inadequacy. For self-realization we have to be more willing to explore the deeper questions for ourselves.
We often get lost in the trivial chorus of the media and let other people’s stories become our sanctuary. But the day will come when we get the opportunity to ‘wake up’ and this can be so shocking that we have to run for medication for an even stronger method for keeping us asleep. However, the only people having their lives lit up with this route are the drug companies as they make their billions from suppressing us.
These methods are responsible for keeping whole generations asleep. Any inputs from the outside can keep us asleep to our own destiny for a long time. So if we stop watching the news or soaps on TV and if we step back from the drama that is being placed on us, we can come to the realisation that we are part of a world that has a much grander agenda being expressed through millions of galaxies that anything our little minds can even conceive.
Traditional Chinese medicine acknowledges the stages of the feminine menstrual cycle and it's interdependence by recognising that for example repressed anger is connected to or menstrual cramps, or the habit of eating cold food is linked to our breast bumps, or excessive exercise is associated with the loss of a menstrual cycle, or food cravings are connected to our infertility, or postpartum depression is linked to the loss of blood after childbirth, or night sweats are associated with the use of oral contraceptives.
We can never be wholly who we are if we define ourselves in terms of sociocultural standards. We need to embark on the journey of self-discovery.
How much do you define yourself by how you look? Do you try to resist the natural aging process? How can I accept myself? Can I use this as an opportunity for change? If we arrive at a level of self-acceptance, we will be able to be with ourselves with compassion? Where we are in life is ok? Who we are is just fine.
This doesn't mean that we should not seek growth and healing in our lives rather we become familiar with our inner worlds to honestly and courageously admit what we really hold as our truths and guiding beliefs.
A Group (governments or media) will never admit they're wrong or they have made a mistake. If a group tries to change the peoples mind they will fall apart.
Even when the narrative is false and people have been lied to it's hard to change people's beliefs. The media and government will never admit their mistakes
Choose to love someone for who they are rather than what they do. Value ourselves for what we are, not for what we do or what we have. The things of the outside don't actually change how we feel on the inside.
When we start to separate true fact from our internal narrative we begin to let go of, and break free from, self-created and self-limiting narratives. We see the world not as it is but as we are. Find internal peace by connecting to your truth and not being influenced by external forces.
The truth can be hidden by people who think they know... Beliefs defend themselves... Beliefs or unconsciously defended by a bubble of self-serving logic... People defend them even when they are invalid or false, to defend their personal identity and self worth... Here's an example from 1993...
Note to my children
When I get disappointed about activities with you do that you're unhappy or disappointed with, please do not see this disappointment as being about you, it is more a disappointment for you.
When I think back, I felt my father was disappointed in me when I lost at sport or even if I came second in a competition. I would see his disappointment but didn't realise that he was disappointed FOR me. I told myself he was disappointed IN me. I was wrong, please try not to make this mistake too.
The demands of the public are not rational, but they are quite simple. They dread the disease and desire to be protected against it. Therefore, the public wants a cheap magic charm to prevent and a cheap magic bullet to cure all disease. It forces all the magic charms and bullets onto the doctors through advertising from the pharmaceutical industry to governmental and media bodies throughout the lands. Oh! On a side note... who killed the jews in Nazi Germany? Yes, the majority of murders was carried out by doctors. Why? Because the Germans were made to believe the Jews carried disease and were dirty. Any pennies dropping yet?
Quod erat demonstrandum
Your kindness shone
like the sun.
I saw the truth in you
But not in me.
I see you're not
the one for me.
Thank you my dear
I must be clear
you really captured me.
Now I must sing my song
And go on my merry way
Thank you so much
for teaching me.
We should not force something to happen out of fear. Wanting to know can make us take action and jump to conclusions. In doing this we perpetuate what we do know and do not allow anything new to develop or emerge.
People holding their anger, resentment and other challenging emotions to express, can result in depression or anxiety. Many restrain their anger and as a result get depressed. Chinese medicine sometimes refers depression as 'anger turned inward'. People who are depressed often move between being angry at themselves and getting angry with other people.
People are the product of social relations for which they are not accountable and it's very hard to change views or even acknowledge others views.
The mindful and intelligent manipulation of the planned ways and views of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society establish an concealed government which is the true ruling power of our country.
We walk the same way each day. We don't know what's ahead and so it's helpful to have the wisdom of others to guide us. They have left us a message to encourage us. They have spoken of the joys, griefs, and purity that we should embrace. Like good pathfinders, they give us direction and prepare us for what we might encounter. They let us walk for ourselves. We have a wonderful companion for the journey.
The blunt lesson of the Holocaust is that whenever doctors join forces with government and diverge from their personal, professional, clinical commitment to do no harm to the individual, medicine can then become misleading from a healing, caring profession to a murderous mechanism… What sets the Holocaust apart from all other mass genocides is the key role played by the medical establishment, the entire medical establishment. Every step of the murderous process was endorsed by the academic, professional medical establishment
Honour the transitions in our lives. The beginning in every end and end in every beginning. Understand this.
Prof. Dolores Cahill, an immunologist and world-renowned expert on vaccines removed from all social media for spreading misinformation. REALLY??? This cancel culture of educated and wise people has to STOP!! There are many more like her too. If we can't ask uncomfortable questions and debate an issue, where's our democracy? Instead, we'll be coerced into getting another round of jabs, for a variant which is nothing like the initial strain, but it's supposed to protect us anyway. REALLY? When do we say ENOUGH? The next jab, or the next one after that?? Yet if we question this issue it's not socially accepted by the narrative and we're labeled a fool and cancelled.... Sad really!
Raptured in the rays of the sun,
Raised by the rhythmic beat
of my mother's heart.
I feel the penetration of life
inside me pushing through the dark
layers of lost experience.
I see the empty past
that must be walked alone.
When are you coming home?
That's what they say.
Take a chance and start again.
Unfortunately, there still is a large section of the population that are under the dark spell of statistics which, even in the hands of some intelligent people, establish nothing scientific but fallacies and illusions for them to cast on others.
The Defense Cascade is a model that identifies how behavior and physiological changes occur over time during a fear experience. According to this model, animals go through three stages during the experience of fear. As the animal moves through each stage, the eliciting stimulus becomes clearer and closer, and arousal increases.
1) The pre-encounter phase is activated in situations where the animal recalls this stimulus in the past (such as when meeting a predator). During the pre-encounter phase, sweating increases, and heart rate and startle reflex decrease. It is believed heart rate and startle reflex first decrease because the animal is focused – looking for potential threats.
2)The animal moves from the pre- to post-encounter stage, when the animal identifies the threat, but this threat may still be ambiguous and physically distant. Thus, in the post-encounter phase the threat is not imminent. During the post-encounter phase, freezing and the startle behavior occurs. Freezing and startle have two functions – 1) pausing helps the animal to evaluate the presence of a threat and 2) pausing may prevent the predator from detecting the animal. Startle reflex and freezing behaviors are called inhibiting behaviors – because these behaviors stop the animal’s current activities and focus their attention on the threat.
3) In the circa-strike stage, the threat or predator is now clear and close to the animal. Note that from pre to post-encounter, heart rate drops, then increases in the circa-strike stage. In the circa-strike stage, the threat is now imminent and clear, thus the animal engages in overt, activating behaviors to avoid physical threat and danger. Activating behaviors include escape/avoidance, and if escape is not possible, then defensive behaviors such as aggression. It is important to note that these behavior changes occur very quickly. It probably takes milliseconds to move from inhibiting to activating behaviors.
